Teaching

One of the most rewarding experiences in academia from both a student and teacher standpoint is the ability to engage and learn from each other. My two primary goals as a teacher are to encourage my students to think critically and inspire them to integrate the different concepts learnt into their own personal life. An interactive classroom is essential to achieving both goals.

I have taught a diverse range of courses, some of which include:

  • Comparative Political Theories of State-Society Relations
  • Politics of China and Japan
  • Politics of International Development
  • Urban Sociology
  • Social Problems
